LETTER OF CONFORMITY

1.    Letter of request transfer of land addressed to CEO of RDB
2.    A copy of valid Investment Registration Certificate
3.    Written and notarized expression of intent to transact in land by both seller and buyer with copy (ies) of land title(s)
4.    Business Plan
5.    Construction permit or Letter from the district confirming that the project fits in the master plan
6.    A no-objection letter from the regulatory body for the following sectors: Energy, Mining, Health, Education 
7.    Any other information as shall be required by RDB
